Order Cancellation :
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product :
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will offer:
Free Replacement, or
Full Refund
Return Policy (EU / Italy Warehouse) :
We work with Italy/EU-based suppliers, so returns can be sent to the EU warehouse.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item is damaged
The wrong item was received
The item is significantly different from the description
Return Shipping Costs :
If the issue is our/supplier’s fault → We cover the return cost
If the customer ordered the wrong size/color or changed their mind → Customer covers the return cost
No Refund Will Be Issued For:
Change of mind
Wrong size/color selected
Delivery delays caused by logistics/customs
Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
Items submitted without proof of damage
Lost or Missing Package :
